Gah, I wish I were at Anime Boston.  I'm currently stuck at a review course which lasts for a week and a half.  My brain is melting from information overload and it's only the second day!  Plus, my friends have already made costumes (from Bleach!) and are at Anime Boston as I write.  If I'd have gone, I probably would have dressed up as Rukia in a Soul Reaper outfit.  Sigh

I'm kind of stuck on my next Ice King chapter (which I really should post on lj sooner or later).  I know where I want to go but starting it is very irritating.   All I have so far is "Gritting his teeth, Mamoru Chiba tried not to stab his fork through the lovingly polished, Chippendale dinner table."
 
He's stuck at Sunday dinner with his grandmother (the Chiba matriach) and his dad.  Well, maybe I'll come up with something later.

Heroes is next week!  I'm so looking forward to the next episode!  Will Mohinder be vivisected?  Will Claire get over her dumbfounded shock? Will BCP get shot and put us all out of our misery?  Hee hee.  I can't believe there won't be another Battlestar Galatica episode until 2008.  Too cruel.

Right now, Dashboard Confessions is my favorite band.  Ever since I heard the song "Stolen," the song won't stop playing in my head, especially the line "You have stolen my heart."   It would be a great fanfic premise.  And if that's not rattling in my poor brain, it's their song Vindicated (from one of the spiderman soundtracks).  The Getbackers AMV with that song was really good and so very appropriate for Ginji.

I'm thinking of turning this blog into my fic journal, as well as my rant on tv shows.  Geez, Heroes isn't going to be new until the end of April!  However, Mohinder and Mr. Bennett are in the way cool but very dead category.  The Bennett and Petrelli families have gained major brownie points- including the ditzy kleptomaniac mastermind grandmom!  Claire obviously has a kevlar sports bra that could survive Hiroshima.  Nathan is an ass with a heart of gold.  Peter is on his way to becoming a non-schmoo.   Ando-kun is awesome and should never be separated from Hiro.  Isaac should be offed as a favor for humanity- such stupidity should not be allowed to procreate.  Same goes for BCD/BCP (Boring cop dude/poophead). 

 Anyway,  I've got to figure out how to do LJ cut.  Gah, no clue...  otherwise my entries may overwhelm my friend pages. 

At any rate, I'm probably going to re read Ice King and try for another chapter.  I'm thinking there ought to be another bully- so Mamoru can save the day and a school dance for mushy sweetness.  Plus, Mamoru must go through angst, just cos I said so.  I figure there's enough characters for now and the sequel will include more Senshi.  Including Makoto who's a high school drop out.

As for Millenium Rebirth, it will initially center on the search of the Outer Senshi, who are a bit angry at Pluto 'cos they've been searching for their reborn comrades for a millenia without success.  I'm having trouble pinning down names for everybody but I'd like to involve some Grecian-Roman myths.  Plus, the Senshi and Shitennou ought to have two names- past life and reincarnated life.   Hmm, I have some initial ideas but I have to toss them around a bit.  Hecate/Hekate will probably be Hotaru.  Pallas Athene for Haruka.  Amphitrite for Michiru.  Must ponder...

Ha! Ha! I finally did it! I finished the epilogue to my tediously long Sailor Moon fic Farewell. Yay! I'm posting the epilogue- the original songfic version here. The song is "What Can I Do?" by the Corrs, which I felt appropriate to Mamoru and Usagi, as well as ending Farewell.

Slightly AU.  After the infamous breakup in SM R, Usagi gets one too many shocks and leaves Tokyo.  She thinks that she'll never come back but some ties are too strong to break... When she returns, what will Mamoru do to get her back?
